          the true Last Will and Testament of said Testator.

Order     In the Court of the County Judge, State of Florida, Alachua County
  of      Estate of Marshal Posey.
Probate       = By the County Judge of said County =

          The said Last Will and Testament having been duly established
          by the sworn testimony of J.W. More a subscribing and
          attesting witness thereto as being the true Last Will and
          Testament of the said Marshal Posey, and no objection
          being made to the Probate thereof:  and it appearing to
          the County Judge of said County by due proof that
          said Marshal Posey died on the 14" day of March
          AD 1904. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and
          decreed that said Last Will and Testament, bearing
          date November 4" 1901 and attested by B.T. Cason J.W.
          Moore and F.T. Baker as subscribing witnesses thereto
          be and the same is hereby admitted to Probate according
          to law as and for the true Last Will and Testament
          of said Marshal Posey, deceased and that the same with
          the proof thereof be duly recorded in the Book of Wills.
