                  Personally appeared before me H.G. Mason
County Judge for the County aforesaid B.C. Hodges the sub-
scribing witness to the foregoing paper writing, who being duly
sworn, declares and says that J.K. Stephens, did in his
presence, sign, seal & publish the foregoing paper writing as
and for his Last Will and Testament, and that he the
said witness signed the same as a subscribing witness at
the special request of the Testator, and that the said Testator
signed said paper writing in the presence of Affiant and
C.D. Knight who likewise signed said paper writing as
a subscribing witness, in the presence and at the request
of said Testator, and also in the presence of this Affiant
And that he verily believes said paper writing to be the
the true Last Will and Testament of said Testator.
