Will and Testament, and request that she shall not be
required to give bonds for the faithful performance of her duty,
twenty seventh: - I hereby revoke all Wills and Codocils
by me heretofore made.
     {  In Witness Whereof, I the said Mary U. Pratt have
     {  hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth
     {  day of December, in the year of Our Lord, One thousand
     {  nine hundred and two.

Signed, sealed, acknowledged, published and declared by the said
Mary U. Pratt, as and for her Last Will and Testament in the
presence of us, who were all present at the same time, and who
at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other
have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses.

U. Pratt, Deceased.                 }
                              Application having been made to me
by Laura G. French for Probate of the Last Will and Testament of
Mary U. Pratt, deceased, and Letters Testamentary therein
and the deposition of one of the subscribing witnesses to the same
having been duly taken, and it appearing to me upon such
proof that the Will produced was duly executed according to
law, and that more than ten days have elapsed since the death
of the Testatrix, it is ordered and adjudged that said Will be
and the same is hereby established as the Last Will and Testament
of the said deceased, and that the same shall be and is admitted
to probate, and that Letters Testamentary be granted thereon.
