Petition To the Honorable H.G. Mason, Judge of
said Court,
The Petition of Nellie L. Trickey respectfully showeth
that she is a resident of Los Ageles County, State of California
that on the fourth day of April 1895, Ransom D. Trickey
of Waldo in said Alachua County, departed this life at
Jackson, N.H. leaving a last Will and Testament, duly
signed and attested, as your Petitioner believes, which she
now presents to your Honor for Probate, That said Testator
in said Will nominated your Petitioner Nellie L. Trickey as
Executor thereof, That said deceased left property and effects as
follows, realty situated in Alachua County, Florida and
sundry personal property
That said deceased left him surviving his wife Nellie
L. Trickey, a son Corridon H. Trickey and a daughter, Bertha
C. Trickey, his only heirs at law, That your Petitioner res-
ides at Passadena, Cal and she is willing to undertake
and accept the trust confided to her in said Will
Wherefore your petitioner prays that the said Will
may be admitted to Probate and Letters Testamentary
thereon may be issued to her, after proper hearing and
proof, and that all other orders necessary may be made.
