Proof Personally appeared before me H.G.
Philips, County Judge, for the County aforesaid, and
Commissioner by virtue of the attached commission,
Stephen E. Foster, one of the subscribing witnesses to
the following paper writing, who being duly sworn, says
and declares that Ransom D. Trickey did in his presence,
sign, seal, & publish (and declare) the foregoing paper writing
as and for his Last Will and Testament: and that he the
said Witness signed the same as a subscribing witness at the
special request of the Testator, and that the said testator
signed said paper writing in the presence of D.H. Doig, I.A.
Zacharias who likewise signed the said paper writing as
subscribing witnesses in the presence and at the request of
of said Testator, and also in the presence of this affiant,
and that he verrily believes said paper writing to be the
true Last Will and Testament of said testator.

I, Ransom D. Trickey, of the Town of Waldo, County of
Alachua, and State of Florida, do hereby make and de-
clare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revo-
king and annulling any and all (other) Wills by me
heretofore made
I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved
wife Nellie L. Trickey all my property, real, and personal
wheresoever the same may be situate at the time of my
decease, with full power to dispose of the said personal
property, absolutely and to convey said real state in
fee simple
And I hereby make, constitute and appoint the
said Nellie L. Trickey to be the Executrix of this my
Will without bond.
In witness whereof I, Ransom D. Trickey have to
this my Last Will and Testament subscribed my name
