                              By the County Judge of said County
Order
                  The said Last Will and Testament having been duly es-
                tablished by the sworn testimony of Stephen E. Foster a
                subscribing and attesting witness thereto, as being the true
                Last Will and Testament of the said Ransom D. Trickey and
                no objection being made to the Probate thereof, and it
                appearing to the County Judge of said County by due proof
                that said Ransom D. Trickey died on the 4" day of April
                AD 1895
                    It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said
                Last Will and Testament bearing date March 23, 1895
                and Attested by Stephen E. Foster as a subscribing witness
                thereto be, and the same is hereby admitted to probate according
                to law as, and for the true Last Will and Testament of said Ransom
                D. Trickey, deceased, And that the same with the proof thereof, be
                duly recorded in the Book of Wills.
