Commissioners                       I do hereby certify that Stephen E. Foster
Ctgt            one of the subscribing and attesting witnesses to the Last
                Will and Testament of Ransom D. Trickey, deceased, to me
                well known as the person named in the Commission
                hereto annexed, appeared before me on the 5" day of
                May, 1905, and that I then and there examined him
                with reference to the execution of the paper writing hereto
                annexed, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament
                of Ransom D. Trickey, deceased, and the testimony of the
                said Stephen E. Foster being reduced to writing was sub-
                scribed by him in my presence, and duly attested by
                me, and I do now officially certify the same to the
                County Judge of Alachua County, Florida.
