          On this tenth day of September one thousand
            eight hundred and ninety four Before me Robert
          A. Dunton and Charles Cushing the undersigned Notaries
= Will =  Public for the Province of Quebec, residing in the
          City of Montreal,
               Personally appeared James Robertson of
          the said City of Montreal, Manufacturer and President
          of the James Robertson Company (Limited)
          Who being of sound disposing mind memory
          and understanding hath requested us the said
          Notaries to write down and receive in due form
          of law his present Last Will and Testament
          which he has declared as follows ------
          First, I direct that all my Just debts and funeral
          and testamentary expenses (including in said
          debts the balance of a special subscription to
          St Gabriel Presbyterian Church, Montreal, which now
          amounts to about twelve hundred dollars) be paid
          Second -- I give and bequeath to my beloved
          wife Dame Amelia Morris ---
          (1) All of the household furniture, plate and plated
          ware, pictures, books movables, horses, carriages and
          effects belonging to me -----------
          (2)  The proceeds of three insurance policies on
          my life, one in the Equitable Life Assurance
          Society of the United States for the sum of ten
          thousand dollars and numbered ___ one in the
          Aetna Life Insurance Company of Hartford, Conn,
          numbered ____ for the sum of ten thousand
          dollars and the other in the North British and
          Mercantile Fire and Life Insurance Company for
          the sum of five hundred pounds Sterling, with
          all profits, premiums and bonuses that may
          accrue thereon as her absolute property, In
          the event of the said policies being paid to
          me during my life time, I give to my said
          wife in lieu thereof an annuity of fifteen
          hundred dollars to be paid to her each and
          every year during the remainder of her
          lifetime by quarterly payments, ___ ___ ___ ___ __
          (3)  A further annuity of one thousand to
          be paid to my said wife each and every
