James Robertson

Seventh, Inasmuch as my niece Dame Jessie
Robertson widow of the late John Taylor has the
sum of five thousand dollars or thereabouts
loaned to or invested with The James Robertson
Company (Limited) upon which she is at present
receiving interest at the rate of eight per centum
per annum by monthly installments I desire
and direct that my said niece shall always
continue to receive interest on said sum of
five thousand dollars or on whatever amount
may stand to her credit in the books of the
said James Robertson Company (Limited) at
the rate of eight per centum per annum
payable by monthly installments but so long
only as the said money or capital shall remain
unpaid by said Company and if said
Company should not pay interest on said
sum at the rate above specified I desire
that the same shall be paid and made good
to her out of my Estate and Succession
Eight --- I give and bequeath all my capital
stock shares and interest in the James Robertson
Company (Limited) of which I am President and
also my capital stock shares and interest in the
James Robertson Manufacturing Company (Limited)
of Baltimore Maryland to and for the benefit
of my children issue of my marriage with my
said wife in the proportion and manner
following viz- To my son James Ainslee Robertson
nine fortieths thereof To my son John Morris
Henry Robertson nine fortieths thereof --
To my son Alexander Ainslee Robertson nine
fortieths thereof, To my son Charles Miller
Robertson nine fortieths thereof
And the remaining four fortieths or one tenth to
my Executors and Trustees hereinafter named
and their successors in office In trust for
the following intents and purpose to wit
to hold manage and administer the same for
the use and benefit of my two daughters Jane
Holkett Robertson wife seperate as to property
of Alelxander Woods and Grace Amelia Ainslee
Robertson in equal shares or portions and
to pay over to my said daughters in equal
