portions or one twentieth each the dividends
interest and revenue derivable from said one
tenth of said capital stock to wit: one
twentieth to each during the remainder
of their natural lifetime and upon the
death of my said daughters to continue to
pay the dividends and revenues derivable
from one twentieth share of each to the
child or children of my said daughters
                                  they
respectively in equal shares until^severally
attain the age of majority when I direct that
the children of my said daughters shall
respectively receive and be paid the said
capital stock or other property or capital
acquired in replacement thereof in full
ownership. The said capital stock is so be-
queath subject to the payment by said legatees
of any liability that may exist thereon or of
any calls outstanding.
Ninth ---- I also give and bequeath to each of
my said daughters Jane Holkert Robertson and
Grace Amelia Robertson an annuity of seven hundred
dollars to be paid to each of them during the
remainder of their lifetime by half yearly payments
With regard to the annuity to my said daughters
Grace I direct that the same shall be paid to
her mother the said Dame Amelia Morris In Trust
for her during her Minority.
Tenth --- Subject to the seizing and control of
my Executors as hereinafter mentioned, I give
devise and bequeath the rest residue and remainder
of my property and estate real and personal
moveable and immovable of every nature and Kind
wherever situate whether in the Dominion of
Canada, the United States or elsewhere and to
whatever the same may amount to my children
issue of my marriage with my said wife in
the proportions and manner following:
Nine fortieths to my son James Ainslee Robertson
Nine fortieths to my son John Morris Henry Robertson
Nine fortieths to my son Alexander Ainslee Robertson
Nine fortieths to my son Charles Miller Robertson
And the remaining four fortieths or one tenth
to my executors hereinafter named In trust
