James Robertson

for and on behalf and for the benefit of my said
daughters Jane Holket Robertson and Grace Amelia
Ainslee Robertson in equal portions or one
twentieth for each, the said Executors to hold
manage and administer the said one tenth of said
residue of my estate and to pay the net annual in-
come or revenue thereof to my said daughters
during the remainder of their natural life in
equal shares, or the revenue or one twentieth
to each on their own receipt independent of
their husbands and as an elementary provision
incapable of seizing and after the death of my
said daughters to hold the share of each in trust
for the child or children of any said daughters re-
spectively and to pay and apply the said net
semi annual income to and for the benefit
of the child or children of any said daughters
and the survivors of them equally until the
youngest of each shall attain the age of
majority and such revenues shall be applied
for the maintenances of such child or children
during minority and afterwards paid to themselves
and shall not be liable to seizure for debt or
or other cause and shall not be assigned or
pledged by them in any manner, and upon
the youngest of said children attaining the age
of twenty one years to pay over divide and deliver
the whole of said trust property or said one tenth
to and among the children of my said daughters
equally, that is to say, one twentieth among the
children of each of my said daughters as their
absolute property,
Eleventh ---- In the event of either of my said
daughters dying without leaving a child or children
surviving her, I direct that the capital of her one
twentieth share of said residue as well as the capital

of her one twentieth share in^the James Robertson
Manufacturing Company (limited) of Baltimore
referred to in clause "eighth" shall be equally
divided among the children issue of any marriage
with any said wife then surviving,

Baltimore branch of my business known
