as The James Robertson Manufacturing Company (Limited)
of Baltimore being sold that John McPhail
the present Manager will be given the
first option to purchase and continue
the management thereof, It is also my
desire and wish in the event of the Lavalle
property situate at Hochelaga being sold
by my Executors that Mr George H. Labbe shall
be given the first option to purchase the and
continue the management thereof, It is also
my desire and wish in the event of the Lavalle
property situate Hochelaga being sold by my
Executors that Mr George H. Labbe shall be given
the first option to purchase the same
Thirteenth ------ My Executors whom I have constituted
Trustees of the shares and property bequeathed to my
daughters hereinunder shall have full seizing and
control thereof during the trust hereby created
shall manage and administer the same and
shall have power to sell and convert into
money the property comprised in said shares
or any part there of when they may deem it
advantageous and in the interest of the bene-
ficiaries, and to vest the purchaser or purchasers
with good titles, and to invest the proceeds in
other safe and advantageous securities in their
discretion (Bonds or Mortgages preferred) without
being limited as to the securities in which by
law trustees are authorized to invest and from
time to time to sell, after and vary the
investments for others in like discretion and
shall also have power in the event of a division
of said residue or my estate whether provisional
partial or final to represent my said daughters
and their respective shares so bequeathed In trust
without being judicially authorized thereto or
observing the formalities required for the
division of substantial property or property
in which minors are interested whether
before or after the del death of my said
daughters -------------

part of the property in capital or revenue
