hereunder shall fall or enter into any com-
munity of property that may exist between them
and their present or future husband but shall
be received and enjoyed by them as their separate
and exclusive property free from marital control
on the part of their respective husbands nor shall
the same be liable to seizure or attachment for
the debts of my said daughters or of their husbands
or for any other cause, I hereby expressly exempting
the same from seizure,
Fifteenth I direct that my Executors hereinafter
named shall be seized and vested of my said
property and estate as the Administers thereof
with all the powers conferred upon them so
long as it may be necessary for the fulfil-
ment of the provisions hereof and for the
proper and advantageous management and
realization of my Estate or any part thereof
and until the same is in a condition
susceptible of advantageous division and I
desire and direct that none of my said
residuary legatees shall require or provoke a
partition of said residue of my property and
estate so long as there is any reason of utility
which in the opinion of my Executors Justified
the delay.
Sixteenth I nominate and appoint my nephew
Alexander A. McMichael of the City of Toronto in the
Province of Ontario Merchant and my two sons James
Ainslee Robertson and John Morris Henry Robertson,
Executors of this my Will hereby continuing the
duration of their office seizin and authority as
such beyond the year and day limited by law
constituting them administrators of my property
and estate granting seizin thereof to them with
power to manage and administer my property
to lease, sell, dispose of convert into money
exchange hypothecate alienate pledge or otherwise
deal with the whole or any part of any property
movable or immovable for such price or Amount
and on such terms and condition as they may
deem best, to compromise or settle any and
every claim and demand either belonging to
or against my Estate to grant endorse or accept
