bills of exchange draft or promisory notes or
other comercial obligations or contracts in connection
with the management of my estate or the
affairs thereof whether in continuance or renewal
of obligations existing at the time of my
death, or in matters subsequently arising and
necessary in the proper management and
settlement of my estate and in the event
of a sale conversion into money or re-
alization of assets to invest the proceeds or
other moneys coming into their hands in other
safe and advantageous securities in their dis-
creation and from time to time in their
discretion to sell alter and vary the in-
vestments for others, to sign and execute all
deeds of sale obligations exchange transfer
and discharge and all other instruments in
writing necessary in the execution of this
my Will In the event of the death
resignation or incapacity to act of any of
said Executors I desire and direct that the
one so dying resigning or becoming incapable
to act shall be replaced by my sons Alexander
Ainslee Robertson and Charles Miller Robertson
successively who, I hereby appoint to such
vacancy, succesfully, and in the event of a
vacancy occurring after my said last two named
sons succeeding to the office as herein provided,
the survivors or survivor or remaining
Executors or Executor shall have the power
from time to time and yet so nevertheless
as not to prevent the survivors or survivor
from acting in the interim to name and
appoint another in the place of any one who
may have died resigned or become incapable
to act it being my desire that the number
shall not be permanently less than three
such appointment to be made by Notarial
instrument and and such new Executor or Trustees
shall be vested with all the power conferred on
the Executors named herein.
In the event of a difference of opinion
among my Executors above named I desire
that they shall consult the said Alexander
