and be governed by the voice of the Majority
and should my two last names sons become
Executors through the death of my eldest sons
the voice of the majority shall rule and in case
of absence or temporary inability to act of one
of my Executors it shall be comptant for two of
my Executors to perform any act within the
scope of the powers hereby confirmed on them
It is my desire and wish that real estate be
retalized or disposed of if necessary to furnish
means to carry on the business heretofore carried
on by me so that no liquidation proceedings
may be taken by any one
Seventeenth - As a slight compensation for
the trouble as an Executor and trustee hereunder
to
I give and bequeath^him the sum of five
hundred dollars per year for the first
two years he shall act as Executor and Trustee
Eighteenth I revoke and make void all Wills
and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made
declaring the present to be my true last Will
and Testament
The Present Will was thus declared by the said
Testator to us the said Notaries and by me Robert
A. Dunton one of said Notaries in present and
hearing of the other read to said testator who
declared to undersigned the same and to
persist therein
This Done And Passed at the said City of Montreal
at the residence of the said Testator number
forty nine Park Avenue on the day of the
ninth and year herein first named
written under the eleven thousand and twenty
three of the Original minutes of said
Mitre Dunton and signed at the same time
in his presence and in that of each other
after due reading hereof as aforesaid
