J.K. Stephens }

           By the County Judge of said County.

The last Will and Testament having been duly
established by the sworn testimony of
B.C. Hodges, subscribing and attesting witnesses
thereto, as being the true Last Will and Testament
of the said J.K. Stephens and no objection
being made to the probate thereof: and it ap-
pearing to the County Judge of said County
by due proof that the said J.K. Stephens
died on the 17" day of January AD 1905,
It is therefore Ordered adjudged and decreed
that the said Last Will and Testament bearing
date April 19" AD 1904, and attested by B.C.
Hodges and C.D. Knight as subscribing Witnesses
thereto be, and the same is hereby admitted to
probate according to law, as and for the
true Last Will and Testament of said J.K. Stephens
deceased and that the same, with proof thereof
be duely recorded in the Book of Wills
