I shall be entitled shall by my Executors
be sold and divided among my children share
and share alike provided that if any of my
children shall be indebted to my estate he
shall not receive any apportionment of my
estate until such indebtedness is paid.
I do nominate and appoint my son C.W.
Stephens and J.E. Haynesworth as Executors
of this my last will and Testament and ask
that they may be exempt from giving bond

contained on three sheets of paper sub-
scribed my name and affixed my seal this
the 19th day of April AD 1904.

said John K. Stephens as and for his last
will and Testament in presence of us, who, at
his request, and in his presence and in
the presence of each other have subscribed our
names as witnesses hereto.

Personally appeared before me H.G. Mason County Judge
for the County aforesaid B.C. Hodges the subscribing
witness to the foregoing paper writing, who being duly sworn
declares and says that J.K. Stephens did in his presence sign
seal and publish the foregoing paper writing as and for
his last will and Testament and that he said witness
signed the same as a subscribing witness at the special
request of the said testator and that the said testator signed
Sworn to and said paper writing in the presence of affiant and C.D.
subscribed Knight who likewise signed said paper writing as
before me subscribing witness in the presence and at the request of
this 2" day said testator and also in the presence of this affiant and
of February that he verily believes said paper writing to be the true
