            In the name of God - Amen
         I Hannah McDuffy of Alachua County, State of
         Florida, do make and publish this my last
         Will and Testament in Manner and form
=Will=   following to wit:

         First:  It is my will that first any debts
         and funeral expense be paid out of my estate,

         Second: I give devise and bequeath to
         Viola Rich all of the residue of my estate
         real, personal or mixed, of any Kind or
         character whatever to have and to hold
         the same to her and to her heirs and
         assigns forever;

         Third:  I hereby appoint the said Viola
         Rich Executor of this my said will
         without bond

         In witness whereof I the said Hanna
         McDuffy have hereunto subscribed my
         name this 20" day of July AD 1905
