         In the matter of the last Will }
         and Testament of Hanna McDuffy }
         Late of Alachua County Florida }

=Order=  The said Last Will and Testament having been
         duly established by the sworn testimony of Robt
         E. Davis Martha Fleming and Emma M. Herbert
         subscribing and attesting witnesses thereto, as being
         the true Last Will and Testament of the said
         Hanna McDuffy and no objection being made
         to the Probate thereof: And it appearing to the
         County Judge of said County by due proof
         that the said Hanna McDuffy died on the
         23" day of July AD 1905.
          It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed,
         that the said last will and testament bearing
         date 20" day of July AD 1905 and attested by
         Emma M. Herbert Martha Fleming and Robt E. Davis
         as subscribing witnesses thereto be and the
         same is hereby admitted to Probate according
         to law, as and for the true last Will and
         Testament of the said Hanna McDuffy
         deceased and that the same with proof
         thereof, be, duly recorded in the Book of
         Wills.                             and seal
