Fifthly:  I give devise and bequeath to the Corporation
situated in Newport and Known as the First Presby-
terian Church of Newport, Rhode Island, the sum of
ten thousand dollars, to be applied to the payment of
the debts of said Corporation and Church, if any there
be:  and if any ballance shall remain after such
application I wish it to be applied to meet the current
expenses of said Church and Corporation,
Sixthtly:  All the rest and residue and remainder
of my estate of which I may die siezed and possessed
of every Kind and nature, I give, devise and bequeath
to the Corporation above mentioned in the fifth clause
of this Will, Known as the First Presbyterian Church of
Newport, Rhode Island, to enlarge and add to the
legacy before given to the said Presbyterian Church,
Lastly:  I nominate, constitute and appoint
Henry O. Stevens of Newport to be sole Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament, without requiring
him to give any bonds for the execution hereof.
       In witness whereof I, Daniel B. Fitts have
hereunto set my hand and seal this fourth day
of August in the year of our Lord One thousand

At the Court of Probate of the City of Newport in
Rhode Island, holden on Monday the 19" day of May
AD 1902, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
       The petition of Abram Fitts and others in writing
praying that a certain instrument in writing presented
therewith, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament
of Daniel B. Fitts, late of Newport, deceased, may be
proved, approved, allowed and recorded, and that Letters
of Administration with the Will annexed on the estate
