= Hutson Lee =
I, Hutson Lee of the City of Charleston State of South Carolina
being in good health and of sound and disposing mind
and memory and realizing the uncertainty of human life
and being desirous of disposing of all property with which
it may please God to bless me at time of my decease, Do
make and publish this as my Last Will and Testament,
First I desire to be burried without undue expense or ostentation
Second That all of my just debts shall by my Executrix and Executors
hereinafter named be paid as soon after my decease as shall
by them be found practicable and convenient.
Third I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Eliza
Lucilla Lee, my entire property of every Kind for her sole
use and behoof, free from any conditions or limitations what-
ever and only subject to such dispositions as she during her life
time or by her Last Will and Testament may bind
Fourth. I nominate and appoint my said Wife Eliza Lucille Lee
and my brother in law William E. Haskell to be the Executrix
and Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published
and declared this Instrument as my Will at Charleston, South
Carolina, on May 28" AD 1894. Hutson Lee (seal)
The said Hutson Lee at said Charleston, S.C. on said twenty eighth
day of May, AD 1894, signed and sealed this Instrument and published and
declared the same as and for his Last Will and Testament, and we at his
request and in his presence and in presence of each other have hereto written
our names as subscribing witnesses.

Personally appeared George B. Reaves, a subscribing
witness to the annexed instrument of writing, purporting to be the Last Will
and Testament of Hutson Lee, late of Charleston, deceased, who being duly
sworn deposeth and saith that he was present and did see the said
Instrument of Writing duly executed by the said Hutson Lee, And deponent
further saith that the said Hutson Lee at the time of executing the said instru
ment of Writing, was to the best of deponents Knowledge and belief, of sound
