Ist It is my will and desire that immediately upon my
decease, that the whole of my property of both real and
personal, and whatever interest I may have whether
***** in actiori or of any description whatever in the
State of Florida, may at once go into the custody of
and management of my Executors, whom I shall personally
name; and be disposed of by them with as much
speed as prudence would dictate, and dispose of it as
the law would dispose of the same except in their
discression, it should seem prudent to vary from
the legal disposition, It is the meaning and interest of
this testament, herein, that the whole disposition of
my estate shall be confided to my Executors without
further restriction, than that they manage and dispose
of it, as in the performance of a sacred duty imposed
by a friend who reposes confidence in their will
and ability to do so.
IInd I do hereby made constitute and appoint
Hon. Isaac Saunders of North Situate Rhode Island
Samuel J. Burnett of Alachua County Florida, my
true and trusty friends, to execute and carry out the
provisions of this my last Will and Testament, as their
good judgment may suggest
Signed with my hand and sealed with my
seal, this August 4th A D 1883
Attest (Signed) James Henry Roper (L.S.)
