                   and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and that George B. Reaves
                   the deponent) and William Murr and F.M. Robertson in the presence of each other
                   and of the said Hutson Lee, and at his request signed their names as witnesses
                   to the due execution of the same. -------- Geo B. Reaves

                   of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand

                     Upon due consideration of the above testimony, and being satisfied with
                   the sufficiency thereof, It is adjudged and decreed that said instrument of
                   writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Hutson Lee be admitted
                   to Probate in common form, It is so Ordered.      H.L.P. Bolger

                         To all to whom these presents shall come = Greeting -

                      Know Ye, That on the eleventh day of March which was in
                   in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ninety eight
                   the Last Will and Testament of Hutson Lee, late of Charleston in this
                   State, deceased, was proved, approved and allowed of the said deceased
                   having whilst he lived, at the time of his death divers Goods, Rights and
                   Credits within the State aforesaid, by means whereof the approbation
                   and allowing of his Testament, and the Power of granting the Adminis-
                   tration of all and singular the Goods, Rights and Credits of the said
                   deceased, to me manifestly Known to belong, and that the Administration
                   of all and singular the Goods, Rights and Credits of said deceased and
                   his Testament, any manner of way concerning, was granted and Com-
                   mitted unto E. Lucilla Lee, named Executrix in the Last Will
                   and Testament, being first sworn on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty
                   God well and faithfully to Administer, and make a full and perfect
                   inventory of all and singular the Goods, Rights and Credits of the
                   said deceased, and to exhibit the same unto Judge of Probates
                   Office, in Charleston in Order to be recorded, on or before the 11"
                   day of May now next ensuing and to render a just and true
                   account, calculation and recording thereof when thereunto required
                          In testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and Seal
                          the 11 day of March, in the year of Our Lord One Thousand
