State of South Carolina.

  I, E. Lucilla Lee, widow, of the City of Charleston, State
aforesaid, being of sound and disposing mind and memory
do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me
made,
First: - I direct all my just debts to be paid as soon
after my death as practicable
Second:- I give and bequeath the sum of one Thousand
dollars to my son Hutson Lee, to be paid at my death
or as soon thereafter as practicable
Third:-  I give, devise and bequeath all of my property
real and personal, to my single daughters so long as
they shall remain unmarried, and as each of them
shall marry, the income from the said property, to be
enjoyed by the remaining single daughter or daughters
                                 said
And upon the marriage of all of my^daughters,
I give devise and bequeath all of my estate real and
personal; to be equally divided among my children
Share and share alike, a child or children of any
deceased child to take the share which his or her
parent would have been entitled to if living at
the time of such distribution, but should neither of
my said daughters nor all of them marry, then upon
the death of my surviving single daughter, I give, devise
and bequeath all of my estate, real and personal to
be equally divided among my children then living
share and share alike, the child or children of
a deceased child to take the share to which his or 
her parent would have been entitled if living at the
death of my last surviving single daughter
          constitute
  I nominate^and appoint Lucilla Lee and Kate Lee
Executrixes of this my Last Will and Testament with
full power to sell all or any part of my estate for
any purpose whatsoever of Administration or division
thereof.
  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 10th day of December AD 1899
