  To the Honorable H.G. Mason Judge of said Court.

  The Petition of A.M. Purnell respectfully showeth that  
he is a resident of Alachua County State of Florida. That
on the 15" day of March AD 1906 Isabelle Pournell of Gaines-
ville in said Alachua County departed this life her home
in said County, leaving a last Will and Testament, duly
signed and attested, as your Petitioner believes, which he now
presents to your Honor, for Probate. That said Testatrix in said
Will nominated your Petitioner, A.M. Purnell, Executor thereof
That said deceased left her surviving A.M. Pournell
her only heir at law - That your Petitioner resides at
Gainesville, and he is willing to undertake and accept the
trust confided to him in said Will, wherefore your Peti-
tioner prays that the said Will may be admitted to Probate
and letters Testamentary thereon issued to him after proper
hearing and proof, and that all other orders necessary may

  The Last Will and Testament of Isabelle Pournell,
                            State of Florida: Alachua County,

  I, Isabelle Pournell, of City of Gainesville, State of Florida, being of
sound mind and Memory, and being desirous of settling my worldly
affairs while I have strength and capacity, do make and publish this
my Last Will and Testament
  I give and bequeath to my husband, Alexander McDonald Pournell,
of the City of Gainesville, Alachua County, State of Florida, all of my
Real Estate and Personal Estate, to wit One house and Lot #24
One Lot #23, both of the Oak Hall Estate, City of Gainesville
