        Know all men by these presents, that I, Abigail M.
        Freeman, of the Township of Riley, in the County of Clinton
        and State of Michigan, being of sound mind and memory
        and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory
        life, do therefore make, publish and declare this to be
        my Last Will and Testament, that is to say,
First: -- After all of my lawful debts are paid and discharged
        I give and bequeath the use of all the estate of which
        I may die possessed, Real and personal, to my beloved
        husband, Phineas R. Freeman, during the term of his
        natural, and at the death of my said husband,
        Phineas R. Freeman, I give and bequeath all the estate
        real and personal, of which I may die possessed, to
        David Scott Pike.
           I make, constitute, and appoint David Scott Pike
        of the Township of Riley, Executor of this my Last
        Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former
        Wills by me made.
             In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
        subscribed my name and affixed my seal, on this
        seventh day of March, in the year of our Lord One
        Thousand, eight hundred and seventy seven.     (  )

            The above written instrument was subscribed
        by the said Abigail M. Freeman, in our presence, and
        acknowledged by her to each of us, and she at the
        same time published and declared the above instru-

        have signed our names as Witnesses hereto, and
        written opposite our names, our respective places of
        residences
