deceased be granted to David Scott Pike, the Executor in said
Will named, who is ordered to give bond in the penal sum 
of Five hundred dollars, with sufficient sureties, as required by
the statute in such cases made and provided, and upon the
same being duly approved and filed that Letters Testamentary
issue to him herein, and that he be allowed one year in
which to dispose of the estate and pay the debts
