County of Middlesex Barrister-at-Law their heirs executors and admin-
istrators respectively according to the tenure thereof respectively
Upon trust that they my said wife the said William Wright Thomson and
Maurice Powell or the survivors or survivor of them or the heirs
executors or administrators respectively of such survivor or other
the trustees or trustee for the time being of this my will shall sell
the same either together or in parcels and either by public auction
or private contract and may make any stipulations as to title or
evidence or commencement of title or otherwise which they he or she
shall think fit and may buy in or rescind or vary any contract for
sale and resell without being answerable for any loss occasioned
thereby and may for the purposes aforesaid or any of them execute and
do all such assurances and things as they he or she shall think fit
And I declare that any of the said premises may be sold with an
exception or reservation of all or any mines minerals coals quarries
stone clay sand and substances in under or upon the same and with or
without rights and powers of or incidental to the seraching for
working getting carrying away and disposing of the said mines miner-
als coals quarries stones clay sand and substances or otherwise in
relation thereto as to the trustees or trustee for the time being
of this my last will may seem fit and all or any such mines minerals
coals quarries stones clay sand and substances may be sold with or
without such rights or powers as aforesaid separately from or with
part only of the surface and in either case without prejudice to any
future sale of the excepted mines minerals or other premises afore-
said or (as the case may be) the undisposed of surface into any
covenants or submit to any restrictions or any description which the
said trustees or trustee may consider to be for the general benefit
of the property or otherwise expedient I bequeath all the money
securities for money goods chattels credits and personal estate or
or to which I shall at my death be possessed or entitled or over
which I shall at my death have a general power of appointment or
disposition by will (except chattels real and except what else I
otherwise dispose of by this my will or any codicil hereto) unto
