preceding year or years and apply the same for or towards the main-
tenance or education of the child for the time being presumptively
entitled to the same in the same manner as such accumulations might
have been applied had they been interest dividends or income arising
from the original trust funds in the year in which they shall be so
applied Provided always and I do hereby expressly declare that if
there shall be no child of mine living at my death or born in due
time afterwards who being a son attains the age of twenty-one years
or being a daughter attains that age or marries under that age with
such consent as aforesaid then subject and without prejudice to the
trusts hereinbefore declared the said trustees or trustee for the
time being shall stand possessed of the said trust premises and the
interest dividends and income thereof or of so much thereof respect-
ively as shall not have become vested or have been applied under any
of the trusts or powers of this my will Upon trust with and out of
the interest dividends and income of the said residuary moneys and
of the stocks funds shares and securities in or upon or into which
the same or any part thereof may be invested or transferred to pay
to my Mother Sarah Margaret Carnie Lawton and her assigns during her
life an annuity of One thousand pounds such annuity to be considered
as accruing from day to day and to be paid by equal quarterly pay-
ments on the twenty-fifth day of March the twenty-fourth day of June
the twenty-ninth day of September and the twenty-fourth day of Decem-
ber in every year and the first quarterly payment thereof to be made
on such of the said days of payment as shall first happen after my
death or such failure of my children as aforesaid whichever shall
last happen if my said mother shall be then living and to be an
apportioned payment corresponding to the period which shall have
elapsed from my death or such failure of my children as aforesaid
And subject to the payment of the said annuities to my said wifeand
mother to pay the residue of the said interest dividends and incomes
of all and every the said trust premises to my said wife so long as
she shall continue my widow and upon the death or future marriage
of my said wife and such default or failure of my children as
