aforesaid whichever shall last happen but subject to the said annuity
of One thousand pounds to my said mother if the same shall be then
payable As to the sum of Twenty thousand pounds part of the said
residuary moneys and the stocks funds shares and securities in or
upon which the same may be invested (that sum being the total esti-
mated amount which has come to me through my mother and her family
all of whom are now in more or less wealthy circumstances) Upon trust
for such of my maternal Uncles and Aunt Francis Frederick Whitehead
John Dicken Whitehead and Anna Maria Turnor wife of Richard Turnor
Esquire living at the death or future marriage of my said wife or
such default or failure of my children as aforesaid whichever shall
last happen and for such of the issue then living if any of my said
Uncles or Aunt who may have died previous to the death or future
marriage of my said wife or such default or failure of my children
whichever shall last happen as respectively being males attain the
age of twenty-one years and being females attain that age or marry
under that age and if more than one as tenants in common in equal
shares per stirpes so that no issue remoter than a child of a
deceased Uncle or Aunt of mine shall be deemed an object of the
present trust unless the parent of such issue shall also have died
previous to the death or future marriage of my said wife or such
default or failure or my children as aforesaid and so that my said
maternal Uncles and Aunt being objects of this present trust may take
in equal shares and that the issue being an object or objects or
the present trust of any of my said uncles or aunt may take (in equal
shares per stirpes if more than one) the share which said Uncle or
Aunt respectively would have taken if living at the death or future
marriage of my said wife or such default or failure of my children
as aforesaid And as to all the rest residue and remainder of the
said residuary moneys and the stocks funds shares and securities in
or upon or into which the same or any part thereof may be invested
or transferred In trust to divide the same and the interest dividends
and income thereof into two equal parts And I declare that my said
trustees or trustee for the time being shall stand possessed of one
