and payment of the said rent or rents sum and sums or money tolls
duties royalties or reservations to be thereby made payable Provided
always and I do hereby declare that it shall be lawful for the said
trustees or trustee for the time being before all the said heredita-
ments hereinbefore devised in trust for sale shall be sold either
alone or in conjunction with any other person or persons for the time
being seized of or entitled to dispose of the other undivided share
or shares of any hereditaments or premises of which an undivided share
or shares is or are expressed to be devised or bequeathed by this my
will or of the same hereditaments and premises or any part of them respect-
ively and to give or receive any money for equality of partition and
to make any such partition upon any terms or conditions and in any
manner they he or she shall think fit for the purpose of effectua-
ting such partition or any agreement relating thereto to execute and
do all such assurances and things as they he or she shall think fit
Provided always and I do hereby declare it shall be lawful for the
said trustees or trustee for the time being before all the said here-
ditaments hereinbefore devised in trust for sale shall be sold either
alone or in conjunction with any other person or persons to exchange
for other manors lands or hereditaments in England or Wales all or
any of the said hereditaments and premises so hereinbefore devised in
trust for sale as aforesaid and upon any such exchange to give or
receive any money for equality of exchange And I hereby declare that
the said trustees or trustee for the time being shall have full power
to make any stipulations as to title or evidence or commencement of
title or otherwise in any contract for exchange of the said premises
or any part thereof which they he or she shall think fit and to rescind
any such contract for exchange and to re-exchange without being res-
ponsible for any loss occasioned thereby and for effectuating any such
exchange to execute and do all such assurances and things as they he
or she shall think fit And I hereby declare that the said trustees or
Trustee for the time being shall receive all moneys which may become
payable upon any such partition or exchange as aforesaid and with all
convenient speed invest the same in the purchase of other manors lands
