as the Executor; Your Petitioner would further show that
by reason of your disqualification to probate the same,
having as attorney drafted said Will; that said last
Will was duly proved before J.A. Carlisle Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for said County as is
provided by statute in such case
   Your petitioner would therefore pray that the said last
Will be admitted to record in your office, and that
Letters Testamentary do issue to your Petitioner, and your
petitioner will ever pray &c

   Your Petitioner respectfully showeth that Jeremiah
M. Smith late of said County, departed this life
on the 30th day of January AD 1884, having while
he lived and at the time of his death goods chattels
rights and credits in the said State & County.
   Your Petitioner would further show unto your Honor
that the said decd, before his death made a last Will
and Testament in which he appointed your Petitioner
and one John B. Shaw, of Ford County Ill as the
Executor of the same
