think proper to any attorney or attorneys agent or agents whose acts
(within the scope of their authority) shall be binding as well upon
the said trustees or trustee of this my will as upon all persons
interested under this my will and whose receipts (within the like
scope of his or their authority) shall be sufficient discharges to
all intents and purposes and to pay or allow to every or any such
attorney or agent any Commission Salary or other renumeration which
to the said trustees or trustee shall seem proper and to adjust settle
and finally and conclusively approve of the accounts of every or any
such attorney or agent with full power for the said trustees or
trustee to allow or disallow any items of account according to their
his or her judgement and discretion and without being bound by strict
legal rule Provided always and I declare that it shall be lawful for
the trustees or trustee hereof for the time being at any time or times
to invest all or any part of my trust estate and for that purpose
to convert into money or call in any stocks funds or securities in
or upon which the same may for the time being be invested in the
purchase of any freehold copyhold or customary leasehold manors
messuages lands mines minerals easements liberties tenements or here-
ditaments or parts or shares of manors messuages lands mine minerals
easements liberties tenements or hereditaments in England or Wales
for any estate of inheritance or for any term of years whereof not
less than sixty years shall be unexpired at the time of such purchase
to be conveyed surrendered or assured to them him or her the said
trustees or trustee and their his or her heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns according to the tenure thereof Upon the same
trusts and with and subject to the same powers provisos and declar-
ations as are hereinbefore declared and contained with respect to
the lands tenements and hereditaments hereby devised to my said
trustees or trustee or such of those trusts provisos and declarations
as shall for the time being be subsisting and capable of taking effect
And I declare that the trustees or trustee for the time being of this
my will shall have the fullest powers of determining what articles
of property pass under any specific bequest contained in this my will
