authority by them or either of them who qualify as Executrix
or Executor and act under this will from time to time and
at all times where and as often as may be deemed necessary
to sell and dispose of all my Estate and effects real and
personal or any part or parts thereof at public or at private
sale for Cash or on Credit and to execute and deliver good
and sufficient title for the same and for my part thereof
to a purchase or purchases and the proceeds thereof or any
part thereof to invest and to again to sell and reinvest when
and as often as may be thought proper and the whole of
my property formally to be disposed of as stated above
Should any dispute and in administoring my estate the
said dispute or disputes shall be referred to arbitration,
each of the parties so disputing shall choose a respectable and
intelligent man as their arbitrator and should these two
arbitrators so chosen not agree then they shall mutually
choose a third arbitrator or umpire, either two of said
arbitrators agreeing their decision shall be final and
shall not be subject to the decisions of any Courts in this
State or any other State of the United States of America, I
hereby revoke and annul all former and other wills made
by me at anytime and I hereby ratify and confirm this and
no other to be my last will and Testament. I do hereby declare
in the presence of the witnesses of this my last will that
the whole of said will here been read to me more than once
(I being without sight) I perfectly understand it and fully
approve the same.
In witness whereof I the said Thomas Napier do
hereunto set my hand and seal this Seventh day of May
in the Year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred & fifty nine

the above named Testator as and for his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us who have heard the Twelve last
lines of the above will read to us in which he acknowledged
having had the said Will read to him more than once he
being without sight that he perfectly understood it and freely***
approved of the same to which we at his presence and by his
request in the presence of each other subscribed our names as
witnesses.
