I, Jeremiah M. Smith of the precinct
of Fairbanks, in the County of Alachua &
State of Florida, of the age of Sixty-eight (68) years
and being of sound mind and memory, do make
publish and declare this my last Will and Testament,
in manner following, that is to say;
First. I give and bequeath to my mother Sallie B.
Smith now residing in Ashland New Hampshire
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, to be paid as
follows; One Hundred Dollars in six months after
my decease, and the balance to be paid in annual
installments until all is paid. It is however provided
that in case she is not living at the time of my decease
or shall not be living at the time when any payment
becomes due, that any of said bequest remaining
shall be added to the following bequest-marked "second"
I give and bequeath to the Free Will Baptist Foreign
Mission Society incorperated by the Legislature
of the state of Maine, the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars, to be by my said Executors paid over to
the Treasurer of said Society in six months after |
