       I, Richard Westacott, Vice and Deputy Consul-General of the

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR GREAT BRITAIN AND IRELAND AT LONDON,

do hereby make known and certify to all to whom it may concern, that

the Right Honourable Sir John Gorell Barnes, Knight, who hath signed
the annexed Certificate to the office copy of the Probate grant of
the last Will and Testament with two codicals thereto of William
Frederick Lawton, deceased is President of the Probate division of
the High Court of Justice of England, duly authorized and to me well
known. I further certify that the seal affixed to the said certifi-
cate is the seal of the said probate division of the High Court of
Justice aforesaid, Principal Registry, and that to all acts so
authenticated as the annexed full faith and credit are and ought
to be given in Judicature and thereout.
