and Testament of Birkett F. Jordan}
Late of Alachua County Florida }
The Last Will and Testament
having been duly established by the sworn Testimony
of W.W. Hampton subscribing and attesting witness thereto, as
being the true Last Will and Testament of the said Birkett
F. Jordan and no objection being made to the Probate
thereof And it appearing to the County Judge of Said
County by due proof that the said Birkett F. Jordan died
on the 17" day of October A.D. 1906,
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the said
last Will and Testament bearing date 9" day of October A.D.
1906, and attested by Renly P. Travis, M.E. Hamilton & W.W. Hampton
as subscribing witnesses thereto be, and the same is hereby
admitted to Probate according to law, as and for the true last
Will and Testament of said Birkett F. Jordan deceased and
that the same with proof thereof be duly recorded in
the Book of Wills,
