The Last Will and Testament
of
Birkett F. Jordan
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the
Holy Ghost: Amen::
I, Birkett F. Jordan of Gainesville, Alachua
County Florida, being of sound mind, memory and
discretion, yet mindful of the uncertainty of human
life, do make this my Last Will and Testament,
I give, devise and bequeath all and every, my
estate and property, real, personal and mixed
of every nature and character, whatsoever and
wheresoever situated of which I may die siezed
and posessed or to which I may be entitled at
my decease to my beloved wife Esther S. Jordan,
and to her heirs and assigns forever, I hereby name
and appoint my dear wife Esther S. Jordan Sole
Executrix of this my Will with full and complete
power of Sale without the order or intervention
of any Court or Judge thereof. It is my further
will and desire that my said Executrix shall
not be required to give any Bond or to make
any report or accounting of her acts and doings
as Executrix.
In witness whereof, I have signed and sealed
and published and declare this instrument as
my last Will and Testament at Gainesville Florida
on this 9th day of October A.D. 1906.

The said Birkett F. Jordan at said Gainesville Florida on
this 9th day of October signed and sealed this instrument
and published and declared the same as and for his
last Will. And we, at his request, and in his presence
and in the presence of each other, have hereto written
our names as subscribing witnesses.
