to be used for or in connection with the permanent Fund
as also, what if any comes into this bequest from the first
as stated above.
   Third. I give and bequeath to my Executors hereinafter
named such sum or sums as shall be necessary to pay
my debts that may appear as justly due from me, also to
pay for a Casket and funeral or burial expenses, and
to place a marble slab at my grave with the following
inscription;
               Rev. Jeremiah M. Smith
              Born November 30th 1815
                    and died
Where he shall appear, I shall be like him
   Fourth;-I give bequeath and devise all the rest and residue
of my estate both real and personal of every name
and nature whatsoever to John B. Shaw, of Paxton Ford
County, and State of Illinois, and Daniel P. Shaw of
Chicago, County of Cook, and State of Illinois, and
Franklin D. Shaw, of Chicago, County of Cook, and
State of Illinois, to be held in equal Shares by them
or divided equally among the three brothers, as they may
deem best, And I hereby appoint C.H. Furman of Alachua
County and State of Florida, and John B. Shaw of
Ford County Illinois, the Executors of this my last will
and Testament
   In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal, this first day of January, in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred & eighty four
