State of Florida} Before the subscriber personally appeared
Alachua County } Charles K. Snider, who after being duly
sworn deposes and says that he was present and saw Jeremiah
M. Smith sign and seal the foregoing paper writing
as and for his last will and Testament, and that he
together with Margaret Oneal and Mary E. Furman
signed the same as witnesses thereto, at the request of
the Testator, and in his presence and in the presence
of each other }

The Last will and Testament of Jeremiah
M. Smith having in due form of law been proved
by the affidavit of Charles K. Snider, one of the sub-
scribing witnesses to the same, It is ordered that the
same be and is hereby admitted to recorded, and that
letters Testamentary do issue to C.H. Furman one
of the Executors named therein

Alachua County } that I Mary E. Shuford widow of
Alachua County Florida, being of weak bodily health
but of sound and disposing mind and memory and
discretion, and being mindful of the uncertainty
of all human life, while I have the mind memory
and discretion, and phisical Strength so to do, do hereby
make publish and declare this to be my last
Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills
and testaments which may heretofore have been made
by me.
