do direct that as soon after my decease as the same can
advantageously be done, that all of my lands and real es-
tate, and every part and parcl thereof which are not in
any way hampered with Litigation, situated anywhere in
Alachua County Florida including especially my home plan-
tation, situated about six miles East of Newnansville and
all of the land about three miles N.E. of the town of
Newnansville, and all of my town lots in the said
town of Newnansville, and also one town lot in the town
of Magnesia Springs bought of Dr. C.A. Simmons shall
be sold by Executor hereinafter named at public or
private sale, at such time or times as he my said Executor
hereinafter named may in his best judgment and discretion
think fit and proper; and out of the proceeds
of the sale or sales of my said real estate, I desire that
My Executor hereinafter named, shall first pay all just
debts which I may owe at the time of my decease, and
after all my debts are so paid out of the same, It is my
will and desire, and I do hereby bequeath all of the rest
and residue of the monies arising from the sale or sales, to
my two children, Murray Cellon and Lemuel Woods in
equal proportions, share and share alike
2nd I hereby bequeath all of my personal property of whatsoever
it may consist to my said two children Murray Cellon
and Lemuel Woods Share and share alike in equal proportions
according to their own selection. All of my real estate
is all real Estate in which i am interested and which
is now involved in litigation myself and the estate of
Calvin B. Dibble and Jonathon B. Dibble Bunce in which
litigation I am represented by Messer Taylor and Sanchez
Attorneys at Law of Gainesville Florida, desire to be disposed
of and dealt with as my Executor hereinafter named with
the consent of my said attorneys may see best and proper
to make, or ***** or comsumate at any time any settlement
or compromise of all matters involved in said litigation
with the estate of C.B. Dibble and J.B. Bunce relative
to my said lands as he my said Executor with the advice of
my said attorneys may think best and proper And should
the said litigation result favorable to me, so that I shall
recover the lands involved, therein, that after such recovery
of same it is my will and desire that all of my interest
therein be divided into four (4) equal parts to-wit;
one fourth of which I bequeath and devise to my said daughter
Murray Cellon, and one fourth to my son Lemuel Woods
