and one-fourth thereof I bequeath and devise to my sister
Annie L. DaCosta, and one-fourth thereof to my brother
Wm. N. Wilson share and share alike. And should said
litigation be compromised or settled in such manner by my
Executor hereinafter named, and my said Council as
that money shall be realized therefrom instead of land
themselves that are involved in said litigation, then
it is my will and desire and I do hereby so bequeath
and devise, that my said Executor shall from the pro-
ceeds of such compromise or settlement of said litigation
first pay to my mother the sum of One Thousand
Dollars, the residue to be divided into four (4)
equal parts, one-fourth of which shall go and belong
to said Daughter Murray Cellon, and one-fourth
thereof to my son Lemuel Woods, and one-fourth
to my sister Annie L. DaCosta, and the other one-fourth
to my brother Wm. N. Wilson, share and share alike
equally
4th  And I do hereby nominate and appoint my brother
in-law A.J. DaCosta of Gainesville Florida to be the sole
Executor of this my last Will and Testament who shall
without being required to give any bond or other security
for the performance of the trust reposed in him to
carry out all the provisions hereof, and to do all acts
necessary for the carrying out the provisions hereof
   In Testamoney Whereof, I have to this my last will

   going five (5) pages, set my hand, and affixed
   hereto my seal, on this the twenty-third day of
   February AD Eighteen Hundred, and Eighty-four
