Your Petitioner respectfully showeth that Mrs. Mary Shuford late of
said County departed this life on the 26th day of February A.D.
1884, having while she lived and at the time of her death goods
Chattels rights and credits in said State & County;
Your Petitioner would further show unto your Honor that
the said deed made a Last-will and Testament in which
she nominated your Petitioner as the Sole Executor which
said will is herewith presented
Your Petitioner would therefore pray your Honor to make an order
allowing and approving said will, and its Probate and to issue Letters
Testamentary to your petitioner and your Petitoner will ever pray & c
