and waste whatever he became possessed of, for those
reasons, I do hereby give and bequeath to him the said
Gustavos Gustine the sum of Five hundred ($500.00) Dollars
in money to be paid to him by my executors hereinafter
named, at such time as they shall have the
funds in hand with which to pay the same without
a sacrifice of any other property with which to raise
the same. And when the said sum of Five hundred
($500.00) Dollars is thus paid to him, the said Gustavos
Gustine it shall be in full of his interest

in my estate-as it is my will and desire without
any spirit of vindictiviness, but for the reasons
aforesaid, that the sum of Five hundred Dollars
shall be all that he shall have, or be entitled to
out of my estate.
Item, It is my will and desire, and I do hereby so direct
and declare that after the above mentioned bequests shall
be paid out of my estate, that then all of the entire bal-
ance and residue of my estate and property real, personal
and mixed shall go to and shall be held by my
executors hereinafter named, viz; William H. Leas of
Desmoines, Iowa, Thomas Roberts of Guthrie County, Iowa
and Robert Craig of Darlington Post office, Montgomery
County, Indiana in Trust for the sole and exclusive
use and benefit of my daughter Mary A. Gustine
as hereinafter expressed; that is to say; All of my Real
Estate consisting of two or more lots of land situated
in Second Street in Des Moines, in the state of Iowa
and all real estate amounting of two or more lots
in the town of Carroll in Carroll County State of
Iowa, and also all other real Estate

situated any where within the State of Iowa, and also
four hundred acres of land more or less, located and being
about two and a half miles West of the town of Gainesville
in Alachua County, State of Florida, which was heretofore
conveyed to me by one James B. Brown, and also
one lot situated on the North East Corner of the Court
house Square in the town of Gainesville in Alachua
County State of Florida, which was heretofore conveyed
to me by Samuel C. Tucker, as Sheriff of Alachua County
Florida under a foreclosure Sale in favor of Frances I.
