and also two other lots in the town of Gainesville in
the state of Florida, in what is Called Ropers Oak Hall
estate addition to said town of Gainesville which was
heretofore conveyed to me by deed of record from Isaac
Saunders and Samuel J. Burnett as Executors of J.H. Roper,
deceased, and also fifteen hundred (1500) acres of wild and
unimproved lands, situated in various Counties in the
State of Florida most of which was purchased by me
John W. Gustine
from the United States Land office at Gainesville, Florida,
and some of it at tax Sales thereof, and also all the
whole of my other lands, lots or real estate wheresoever in
the world the same may be located or situated whether
the same be herein Specifically mentioned or not alluded
to or not; and all of my personal property of whatsoever
Kind, species, description or character the same it
may be, ****** of that I may have or be entitled to
at the time of my decease, I do hereby give, grant devise
and bequeath all the whole of said real and personal
property or estate to them the said Trustees, the
said William H. Leas, Thomas Roberts and Robert Craig
or to the Survivors or Survivor of them in Trust for the
sole and exclusive use and benefit of my said daughter
the said Mary A. Gustine, until she shall arrive at
the age of twenty-one years, at which time the same
or its proceeds and increase, if any, as hereinafter
provided, shall be turned over to her to be held by her
and her heirs and assigns absolutely and for-

ever-And it is my will and desire, and I do hereby so
provide and do hereby fully empower and authorize the
said Trustees, or the survivors or Survivor of them at any
time, during the minority of the said Mary A. Gustine
to sell and to dispose of absolutely, at such time and
at such fair price, and upon such terms as such
Trustee or the Survivors or Survivor of them, in the exercise
of then best judgment and discretion shall see proper so
to do, and to convey by all legal and necessary deed
or deeds, any part or the whole of the said real estate so
entrusted to them as aforesaid, and the proceeds thereof
they shall invest in such Sound securities, or at interest
in the said ,securties Trustees or their survivors or
survivor in their best judgment and discretion may see fit
and best to be done for the use and benefit of the said |
