Mary A. Gustine during her minority, but all of such
proceeds of any such Sale or sales of real estate or any
investments made therewith to belong to her the said
Mary A. Gustine ab-
                  John W. Gustine
solutely upon her arriving at twenty one years of age-and
out of the proceeds of the sale or sales of any such real
estate which may be made by said Trustees, or out of
any personal estate or property which may come to their
hands after my decease, it is my will and desire, and
I do hereby direct my said executors hereinafter named
to pay over at least one thousand Dollars per annum
to my said daughter Mary A. Gustine, during her
minority for her maintainance education and support,
during her minority; and if during her minority
she shall require, or have need for more than one thou-
sand Dollars per annum, then they shall advance
to her such greater sum per annum during her
minority under the said one thousand dollars, as in the
judgment of my Executors she may have necessity for
Without intending hereby to limit or curtail the person
and authority hereinbefore confirmed upon the said Trustees
to sell any part or the whole of the real Estate of
which I may die
             John W. Gustine
seized and possessed-I would suggest to them and to
my said daughter, for whose use and benefit the same
is devised to the said Trustees that it is at present my judgment
and conviction, from circumstances Surrounding the same
as they now exist, that it would be for the best not
to sell or dispose of the Lot of land hereinbefore referred
to as being situated in the North-East corner
of the Court house public square in the town of Gainesville in
Alachua County, State of Florida, at least for some time
to come, and I hereby offer it as a suggestion merely
in reference thereto, that it would be best to reserve
the said lot from sale, and in the event the very
inferior wooden building now in same should be
destroyed in any way, that it would be a highly
paying and beneficial investment for the benefit of
my said daughter, of her said Trustees, or if she
would erect upon said lot three brick stores which
could be kept rented at a good paying
rental-this disposition of this lot
              John W. Gustine
