herein, as before stated, it is not my intention to make
obligatory upon them, but it is my intention mentioned in
this my will as a suggestion, merely as to what seems to
me to be **** and best to be done with the said lot
And in the event said Trustees or my said daughter should
agree with me, and should hereafter conclude to follow
my said suggestions with reference to said lot, then
I would further recommend to them that in building upon
said lot, they had best erect theron first class buildings
in every respect of first quality brick with heavy iron
and plate-glass fronts.-
     And it is further my will and I do hereby so provide
and declare, that in the event of my said daughter
the said Mary A. Gustine should die without leaving
any issue of her body surviving her, then, then in the
event of her decease without any surviving issue of her
body, all the whole of the estate and property- real personal
and mixed herinbefore devised and bequeathed
for her use and benefit which shall remain at
the time of such
              John W. Gustine
her decease without leaving issue, shall go to and belong
to and is hereby given, granted devised and bequeathed
to such of my own nieces and nephews of my own blood
as may be living at the time of such decease of my
said daughter without issue in equal proportions, Share
and share alike, to have and to hold the same to them
my said nieces and nephews, as may be then living
at the death of my said daughter without issue and
to their heirs and assigns forever.
     And it is further my will and desire, and I do hereby
so provide and declare, and direct, that if in the future
management, or disposition of any of my Estate or property real
personal or mixed according to the provisions of this my will
there should arrive any difference of opinion or division of
opinion as to the line of policy to be pursued  *****
with any matter concerning my estate or its disposition or
management, arrising or between my Executors as such
or as such Trustees for my

said daughter that the final decision of any such point of
difference shall be with the said William H. Leas and by
his decision upon any such point of difference the others
shall abide.
