(who is an uncle of my said daughter) to be the executors
of this my last will and testament with full
power and authority as such to carry out all

Alachua County  }  Florida, do make this my Codicil, hereby
Confirming my will, made on the Twenty-Fourth day of
March in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight-Hundred
and Eighty-five, so far as this Codicil is consistent there
with. It is my will and desire, and I do direct and
declare that my said Executors do reserve out of the
assets of my estate with Which to construct and build
upon the said lot of land described in my Will, as follows
to wit; Situated on the North-East corner of the Court
House Square in the town of Gainesville, in Alachua County
Florida, which was heretofore conveyed to me by Samuel C.
Tucker as Sheriff of Alachua County Florida, under a fore
closure sale, in favor of Frances I. McCall against Pricilla
McCall as Administrator of and for the estate of Stephen
McCall deceased Three (3) good Substantial Brick stores
of two (2) stories height, of first-class material, with iron
