be constructed wherever the block of adjacent frame

buildings shall have been destroyed or removed so as to make it
perfectly safe to erect good buildings thereon, and not before, &
that said Stores be completed and furnished off elegantly
with a due regard to their architutural design and beauty
   It is my further will and desire that the legal estate and
title to this said McCall lot above described go to, and remain
in William H. Lare of Des Moines, Iowa as Trustee of and for my
daughter Mary A. Gustine, the rents issues and profits thereof to
go to and be enjoyed by this said Sestiue que Trust during her
natural life, and after her death, to go to, and be enjoyed
by the lawful issue of her body should she have any.
But should my said daughter die without issue, then in 
that Case, this said Specified property shall go, and belong
to, and is hereby devised and bequeathed to the lawful
Children of my two Sisters Mary Lare and Elmyra McCullough
and to their heirs and assigns forever or to the Survivor, or
survivors of the said children that may then be living and
in the event of the death of the said Trustee

during the life of the said Mary A. - then he shall be suceeded
by Robert Craig, of Darlington Post Office Montgomery
county Indiana as Trustee as aforesaid, and the legal
title to, the said property ****** to him as Trustee for the
said Mary A.
Item   It is my will and desire, that in the event of any dispute, either
among the Executors of my will and this codicil, or among the
beneficiaries thereof, the same be not carried into the Courts, but
that said differences be amicably adjusted among themselves,
by and with the aid and advice of friends, or arbitrators
without any strife or unfriendly contention
   In Witness Whereof I have Signed and sealed and
published and declared this instrument as my Codicil to
the Will first above mentioned

at Gainesville in Alachua County Florida, on this the
Twenty-Seventh day of April AD 1885

County in the State of Florida on the said Twenty-Seventh
day of April AD 1885 Signed and sealed this
instrument and published and declared the same
as, and for his lastCodicil, to his will therein mentioned
