                 Last Will of John B. Manley
State of Florida}    In County Court
Alachua County  }            Alachua County Fla
                 The last will and Testament of John B.
Manley having been duly proved by Wm. B****, one of
the subscribing witnesses thereto; It is therefore ordered
that said will be and is hereby approved allowed
and probated, and declared as the last will and
Testament of the Testator John B. Manley, and that
the same be admitted to record
   Done and ordered this January 29th 1886

   The last will and testament of John B. Manley of
the county of Alachua and State of Florida
   I John B. Manley, considering the uncertainty of
this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory
do make constitute publish and declare this
my last will and Testament, in manner and form
that is to say.
   I give bequeath and devise unto *************
Eliza W. Manley daughters here named to-wit-Jeannie
A. Tillis wife of Thomas Tillis, Julia H. Doke wife of Blake
Doke Mary Elizabeth Wylly or Browning, and Annetta
Manley the sum of Five Dollars in money to be paid
out of my estate at my death, then after all my
debts are paid in full, I give bequeath and devise
unto my beloved wife Eliza W. Manly, and my beloved
daughter Eliza M. Manly the residue of my property
and estate, whether real or personal or of whatever na***
or nature the same is or may be, and wheresoever
the same may be situated to be and belong to them
and for their use and benefit forever, to be by them
used and possessed jointly as long as they live, and
upon the death of either of them then then the successor
is to have and to hold and come into full possession
of the whole. It is my further wish that in the event
of the death of both my beloved wife Eliza W. Manly and my beloved
daughter Eliza M. Manly, that my beloved daughters
Jeannie A. Tillis and Julia H. Doke or their legal heirs
shall have my said estate share and share alike
   I appoint my said wife Eliza W. Manly sole Executor
of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking
all other and former wills by me made
